- The rate includes daily maid service but does not include gratuities. Gratuities for maid service of 50 Pesos per person per day is recommended.
- The house sleeps 12 persons comfortably with a king-size bed in each bedroom.
- Arrangements can be made to have additional bedding for children placed in some of the bedrooms.
Rental Details
- A deposit of 50% of the total cost will guarantee your reservation. The balance is due 60 days prior to your arrival.
A refundable damage deposit of $250 USD is charged when the balance is due.. - Prices quoted are in USD.
Cancellations
- Reservations can be cancelled up to 60 prior to arrival and the initial deposit will be refunded. Cancellations between 30 and 60 days of arrival will receive a 50% refund.
